Paul Adams

Group Chairman, CEO and Managing Director

Since forming PA Installations in 1982, Paul has used his determination and drive to successfully administer the group’s development and growth. Investing heavily in the company to benefit existing customers and to nurture new business, he has recruited and supported one of the industry’s most proficient teams for almost 40 years.

Richard Vaughan MInstSCE

Operations Director

Richard is an accomplished audio professional with over 30 years’ experience in designing and delivering audio systems for corporate, education, local authority, industrial, worship and stadia applications. He is also a qualified Fire Alarm System designer and is responsible for overseeing most of our public address, voice alarm and disabled refuge projects.

Andy Bonehill MCP, CTS-D, CCP

Technical Director

Andy is the company’s principal design engineer and has almost 30 years of experience in designing, managing, installing and supporting AV installations worldwide. He is one of the UK’s most qualified AV/IT specialists, with both AVIXA (InfoComm) and CEDIA accreditations for audio-visual, Microsoft Certifications for IT, ITIL certification and IOSH Managing Safely. Andy is also an accomplished audio professional and a member of the Institute of Sound and Communications Engineers (MInstSCE).

Chris Ash

Commercial Director

Chris is a highly qualified professional with in-depth experience of key commercial, financial, procurement, planning procedures and sales administration functions. Having previously spent almost a decade at leading aluminium producer, Alcoa, he is well accustomed to managing internal and external customer and supplier relationships across Europe.

Keith Fish

Business Development Director

Seeking out new sales opportunities and building relationships, as head of our business development team Keith regularly liaises with prospective clients, along with architects, consultants and engineers to ascertain their AV requirements. Joining the company in 2004, he ensures projects run smoothly; producing designs, technical submittals and proposals, while efficiently managing existing accounts.

Keith Badman

General Manager

Keith is a highly versatile, strong motivator and team leader, with over 20 years’ experience in electrical/electronic engineering at system manager level. He is multi skilled and highly qualified in engineering, management and workplace health and safety.
