Richard is an accomplished audio professional with over 30 years’ experience in designing and delivering sound and communications systems for customers across the UK and beyond.
He is also a qualified fire alarm system designer and is responsible for overseeing many of our projects involving life safety systems such as public address, voice alarm, disabled refuge, and fire alarms.
Joining the group as co-owner following the acquisition of Vaughan Sound in 1997, Richard continues to build the company his late father, David (Dai) Vaughan, formed in 1964.
Day-to-day, Richard plays a pivotal role in our business operations, while managing a diverse range of clients in education, local authority and public sector, industrial and commercial, leisure and entertainment, heritage and community, stadia and sports venues, and places of worship.
