Since forming PA Installations in 1982, Paul has used his determination and drive to successfully administer the group’s development and growth.
Investing heavily in the company to benefit existing customers and nurture new business, he has recruited and supported one of the industry’s most proficient teams for over 40 years.
Consequently, the PAI Group continues to remain at the forefront of the service sector for its professional practice and implementation of new technologies.
As well as overseeing the organisation’s operations, Paul regularly meets with clients, taking an active role in both project design and completion.
In addition to his day-to-day responsibilities, he has also previously devoted time to contribute and promote the Professional Lighting and Sound Association (PLASA), holding the chairmanship for five years.
