Having supplied sound systems to Swansea’s St Illtyd’s Church for many years, Vaughan Sound was recently invited to upgrade the existing equipment.
The building was provided with a Yamaha audio mixer and Trantec wireless radio microphones, compliant with the 2012 Digital Switchover frequency standards, along with a multimedia system featuring a projector, retractable electric screens and an AMX controller.
Unobtrusive to not detract from the decor, the Sanyo projector was selected to overcome the high ambient light levels within the church.
Delighted with the outcome, St Illtyd’s Vicar Mark Williams enthused: “Vaughan Sound were absolutely excellent from the first meeting to the completed work. Nothing was too much for them to do to help set things up and show how they worked.
“What we now have as a result is a projector and sound system that meets our need as a church for worship, teaching and special events. We would definitely work with Vaughan Sound again and would recommend others to do the same,” he concluded
