Vaughan Sound is celebrating its 50th year of trading. To honour this milestone, the company will be marking the occasion throughout 2014 with a series of online anniversary activities under the banner ’50 Years of Vaughan Sound’.
Established in 1964 by David Vaughan to initially provide cutting edge audio-visual, sound and communications systems to clients throughout South Wales, Vaughan Sound has grown extensively over five decades to become a renowned installation and maintenance specialist, with projects across the UK.
Now headed by David’s son, Richard, Vaughan Sound has expanded its reach significantly, whilst continuing to serve the local communities that helped the business to make its mark back in the 60s. It became part of The PAI Group of Companies in 1997, moving into purpose-built 15,000 sq. foot premises in Llanelli, Carmarthenshire.
Amongst its successes, Vaughan Sound boasts an impressive client list including; Admiral, Bath Rugby, Brooklands Hotel in Surrey, Castle Leisure’s entire estate of bingo venues across the UK, Celtic Manor Resort, Gocompare.com, Marriott Hotels and Resorts, Radisson Blu Hotels and Resorts, and the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.
Specialising in the design, supply, installation and maintenance of public address, voice alarm, induction loop, disabled refuge, audio-visual, stage lighting, performance sound and theatrical systems, Vaughan Sound has evolved to remain a prominent name in the integration of technical solutions to multiple sectors.
