Enhanced audio quality at Parc y Scarlets

Having supplied audio equipment to its predecessor Stradey Park, Vaughan Sound was invited by Whitehead Building Services to supply the brand new £23 million Parc y Scarlets with a full public address and voice evacuation system.

The state-of-the-art stadium, which hosts rugby and football matches, pop concerts, and features an indoor training barn and conference centre, was equipped with a multi-functional technical scheme comprising of a TOA VX-2000 voice evacuation system and Community R.5 loudspeakers to provide adaptability for various scenarios and setups.

A selection of the venue’s suites also benefitted from the installation of induction loop systems for the hearing impaired, together with audio-visual presentation packages.

Whitehead Building Services’ Project Manager Ray Bird commented: “Vaughan Sound delivered a prompt and efficient service. The client was thrilled and we look forward to working with them again in the near future”
