Bluestone National Park maximises multimedia

Vaughan Sound has completed the installation of conferencing and public address systems at Bluestone National Park.

The popular holiday resort, which is situated in the heart of South Wales’ countryside, invited Vaughan Sound directly to provide solution-led schemes to the multi-functional Landsker Suite, as well as the Blue Lagoon, a state-of-the-art water park.

Suitable for an array of events, the function room was provided with flexible and easy-to-use equipment – including a projector reflector, retractable electric screens, full range ceiling loudspeakers, Audio Technica wireless microphones and AMX wall mounted keypad controllers – that can be simply concealed when not required.

The impressive indoor water centre, complete with flume rides and wave machines, was equipped with full range DNH music horns to overcome the high noise levels within the pool hall.

To provide additional coverage, the wet and dry cafes, balconies and stairs benefitted from sound projectors, whilst the changing, entrance and shop areas received ceiling loudspeakers, and the main reception desk RM 200M paging microphones to broadcast safety announcements.

TOA VM 2000 series amplifiers were specified to control the whole system, capably routing messages and music to the relevant zones.
